Sustainability – What Drives Us

For us, sustainability does not start at the end of the production chain but is part of our mindset from the very beginning. With our magnet-based input and drive systems, we develop solutions designed for durability, efficiency, and resource conservation. Since our technologies often operate without contact, there is less wear and therefore less waste – making our products not only economically attractive but also ecologically sensible.

Already in development, we focus on the most economical use of materials possible and deliberately use recyclable components. Wherever possible, we work with suppliers who produce in an environmentally friendly manner – ideally using green electricity or CO₂-reduced processes. At the same time, we consider the origin of magnetic materials, as environmental and social standards play an important role, especially regarding rare earth elements.

Energy consumption of our systems is also an issue that concerns us. We develop drives and controls so that they require as little power as possible during operation – without compromising performance or precision. For us, sustainability also means technical excellence with a clear conscience.

In addition to ecological aspects, we also commit ourselves to social responsibility. This starts with fair working conditions in our own company, extends to continuous training of our employees, and includes close cooperation with partners who share our values. We believe that sustainable business only works if it includes all levels – from engineering to procurement.

Our systems are designed to convince customers not only technically but also economically sustainably: through long service life, minimal maintenance, and low resource consumption throughout the entire product lifecycle. Looking ahead, we are also considering take-back and recycling systems to return valuable materials back into the cycle.

In short: Sustainability is not a trend for us but an attitude. It is reflected in our products, our processes, and our daily actions – pragmatic, responsible, and always with a view to the future.
